These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Repero AI, a software service designed to help users preserve, organize, retrieve, and reuse information, documents, AI-generated outputs, and related work.

By creating an account or using Repero AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Repero AI allows users to store, index, search, and retrieve content such as documents, notes, AI conversations, generated artifacts, code snippets, lists, reports, and other user-provided or AI-assisted materials.

The service may include AI-powered features, including summarization, semantic search, content extraction, content generation, classification, and retrieval-assisted responses.

3. Account registration

You may need an account to use Repero AI. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

Repero AI may support authentication through email, Google, Microsoft, or other identity providers. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Repero AI to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
• Store or distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, infrastructure, or other users’ data;
• Use the service to generate or facilitate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or store in Repero AI.

By using the service, you grant Repero AI the limited rights necessary to host, process, index, analyze, display, and retrieve your content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with the content you upload or process through Repero AI.

6. AI-generated content

Repero AI may generate, summarize, transform, or retrieve content using artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, professional, or business-critical decisions.

Repero AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

7. Beta and MVP status

Repero AI may currently be offered as a beta, MVP, preview, or early-stage service. Features may change, be added, removed, limited, interrupted, or modified at any time.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of all features during this stage.

8. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Repero AI may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans, pricing, limits, and included features may be displayed on the website or inside the application.

If paid subscriptions are introduced or used, billing terms, renewal conditions, cancellation rules, and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Service limits and fair use

Repero AI may apply limits to storage, document uploads, indexing, AI usage, retrieval, API calls, or other features depending on the selected plan.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend usage that degrades the service, creates security risks, causes excessive cost, or violates these Terms.

Repero AI may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, AI processing, infrastructure, observability, or other technical services.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we aim to choose providers appropriate for the operation and security of the service.

11. Intellectual property

12. Termination
